Blood

Blood. I love blood in wrestling. Especially this type of blood. Sometimes blood is Violence, but shots like this are post-violence. They are the exhale, sitting on the curb after a bar fight, smoking a cigarette. Sweat and Blood are receipts for what just happened. Someone covered in sweat isn't hot because sweat is hot, but because sweat means something happened worth sweating over.

Blood is no different. Wrestling is the sport of Sweat, Spit, and Blood.
