... She's not having a very good time. Honestly, neither is Makoto, but she's been pushing through these workouts with Bunny for awhile now.

A theme in RP for Sinlen is her not dealing well with hitting her 30s. Not wanting to be old, but getting more sedentary and more out of shape. It's natural that eventually she'll try to fight back. She used to be an adventurer and explorer! She has PRIDE! She used to have at least a little cardio!

It's funny writing her like that as me like 30 seems SO young now, but in your 20s it can feel like a cliff you have to walk over.

For RP Details (that don't necessary translate into future game lore or anything), Sinlen and Ari are in a semi-open relationship, mostly at Sinlen's insistence. Ari, while reluctant about it initially, ends up being the one with the most stable secondary relationship, with Bunny. So this is Sinlen literally going to her girlfriend's girlfriend, asking her for help.

Bunny is chill so she's down and now Ari has to dreadfully worry about her girlfriends talking about her when she's not around. Instead, the three will probably just talk about anime.

... Bunny and Sinlen have very different tastes, but Makoto is kinda the bridge, there. Anyways here's the post-photoshop comparison again. Not THAT much, besides Sinlen's face but I love how MISERABLE she looks. And don't worry, they'll make sure she wears a sports bra next time.
