Might as well repost this here, even though it got a great response on main already, where I'll pull comments from.

Had fun doing a lot of smithing research on this one, especially to get details like Japanese billows, which... you can barely even see in the end. Whatever, I know they're there. Also you have no idea how hard it is to find a high res scan of a pack of newports.

• It's fun to have a messier, more unstable, and evolving version of Makoto.
• If I get to get two more games into Brave Earth stuff, I wanna have one have normal pale nerdy Makoto and then a few years later you see her and she looks like this, or some intermediate step.
• Despite how much she crashes around and falls to sex/drug addiction problems, this is still what she's best at.

Definitely love the whole "bimbo" thing through the lens of "Actually I'm very smart and I hate it and my brain won't shut up", it's basically zen buddhism for girls with anxiety who want to be hot.
